The team have been getting stuck into Adam Kay's new book, Twas The Nightshift Before Christmas, where he's delved back into his diaries from his time as junior doctor to bring us hilarious yet heartfelt stories. A total feel good read!

DINING OUT

First and foremost Darsham Nurseries is a plant nursery, however it's beautiful setting and fresh produce just calls for a place to dine. The Cafe is critically acclaimed and serves fresh from-the-garden produce whilst the fish and meat come from local vendors. Totally worth taking a detour for if you're in the Suffolk area.

RECIPES

As the temperature begins to drop we all want nothing more than warming, hearty dinners but midweek meals can often get tiresome and you end up making the same dishes week in week out. Change it up with this Wonton Dumpling Soup. Make your dumplings in advance, freeze them and all you have to do when you get home is doctor some store bought stock with a few simple ingredients for 20 minutes!
